Cornel Toma

Cornel is responsible for managing the company’s portfolio of real estate properties. He is also the President of Denovo Construction where he oversees the construction of new Black Mountain assets. Cornel has decades of experience in contracting, management and real estate investing.

Before joining Black Mountain, Cornel owned and operating his own commercial construction company, managed hundreds of employees on an industrial farm, owned an export company, and managed his own real estate investment portfolio.

Cornel received an engineering degree from the Agronomic University in Cluj Napocca, Romania. He also took graduate coursework in Business Management and Marketing at Portland State University. Cornel and his wife are the proud parents of four children and grandparents to twelve grandchildren.
