George Botea III

As the financial officer, George creates and maintains the company’s budgets and accounting systems. Additionally, he also provides the reports by which the company makes both strategic and tactical decisions. George advises the board on financial policy and is responsible for the bookkeeping and payables/receivables staff.
George was one of the founding members of another real property investment company and a luxury home contracting company. He works as the controller for a research and risk modeling company whose clients include universities, businesses and federal agencies.

George earned a Juris Doctor from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. He also received a Masters of Accountancy from the W.P. Carey School of Business, a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from Arizona State University. George received multiple awards for his academic performance.
